The liquid vinyl-like finish creates an intensely crisp, graphic effect. Start by using the tip to draw a line a little beyond the outer corner of the eye. Then work back towards the centre of the eye, tapering the line off towards the inner corner. Gently lift the eyelid with your index finger and run the liner along the edge of the eyelid just below the lashes.
