The liquid consistency and high-precision felt tip allow for even and controlled step-by-step application.
STEP 1: draw a line from the outer corner of the eye towards the brow, and using a light touch thicken the line as desired.
STEP 2: now draw a line from the outer corner, along the lash line, tapering it slightly as you work towards the inner corner of the eye.
STEP 3: take a look and if you want a thicker, more dramatic line, repeat Step 2, this time pressing the felt tip a little more firmly.
To prevent the felt tip from drying out, wipe regularly with a tissue to remove build-ups of eye shadow or powder.
